Background: The discussion and planning for an updated College Strategic Plan was initiated during the spring 2014 semester, however it began in earnest at a May retreat with the College leadership team. Working with a facilitator, leadership team members identified seven proposed goals. University leadership held a strategic financial planning retreat in July which reinforced many of the proposed goals identified by the College’s leadership team. A subgroup of the leadership team developed suggested strategies for attaining the proposed goals and now we are seeing input and feedback on these goals.
Input & Feedback: All faculty, staff and students are encouraged to provide input and feedback on the draft CEHD 2015-2020 Strategic Plan. The dean and his leadership team will accept feedback until October 31 and the final plan will be submitted to the Provost in December. The Plan will support priority strategic initiatives of our College for the next five years, so please consider providing your comments through this form, as well as other venues this fall where the plan will be shared and discussed.
